At WayTrips, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our customers. Please review our tour package booking terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
Advance Payment
A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. The advance amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival, as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed only if the booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date.
- Any cancellation made less than 15 days before the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- No refunds will be provided for bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of cancellation.
Rescheduling Policy
Only one rescheduling per booking is permitted, and it is subject to availability and approval. Any price difference due to date changes must be borne by the customer.
Natural Calamities / Weather Conditions
In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, heavy rain, or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be provided. However, the advance amount will be retained and can be adjusted for a future booking.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. WayTrips reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

- Prices may vary based on season, availability, and service providers.
- Customers are advised to verify all travel documents, including ID and visa requirements, before travel.
